• Shopkart is an online South Asian Grocery store, We delivery authentic products to your door steps. We offer same day delivery and pickup option for Ottawa region.

Can i visit your store?

• You have to browse and buy products online, We do not have any store front, but we do offer a pickup location in Ottawa.

Product i am looking is not listed

• We are regularly adding new products to shopkart. You can email us with product suggestions at contact@shopkart.ca and we will try our best to get it available as early as possible

Product SOLD OUT

• We always keep the products in stock which are listed at shopkart, but if any product is sold out, we try to restock it within a week. But in rare circumstances some products might take longer due to sudden spikes in demand or any supply issues.

• You can pay by your debit card or we accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard & Discover or you can use paypal.

Do your accept cash on delivery?

• Due to COVID19 situation and safety of our delivery person, we are not accepting any payments on the door. You have to make the payments on shopkart.ca

SHIPPING: Do you shop to my location?Yes, we shop to all locations in Canada through our shipping partners. For Ottawa region, we offer same day delivery and pickup option.

Minimum Order? For Delivery in Ottawa, minimum $50 worth of groceries order required (before taxes).

Shipping Cost? Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout. You will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking code once your order is processed . Your package will be delivered in the exact same manner as you receive all other Canada Post packages.

Shipping Address in Ottawa: For Ottawa, if we receive your order before 12 pm, we will try to delivery it same day. We have a flat $5.99 fees for the delivery zone in Ottawa.

Apartment/Condo Buildings: Order delivery will take place at the main entrance, considering the safety of our staff & customers. Our drivers are not able to go beyond the main entrance, you will receive confirmation call from the driver about your delivery status.

What if I'm not at home during delivery?Shipping address outside Ottawa. Canada Post will either leave the package at your door, in your personal or community mailbox or with your concierge. Some buildings have a special parcel locker for packages that do not fit in your personal mailbox. In cases, when Canada Post is not able to access the building or there is no safe spot to leave the package they will leave a notice card and the package will be redirected to your nearest post office where it will be available for 10 days for pick-up with a piece of ID and the notice card. You also have the option to ask Canada Post to drop the package at your door even if you're not at home. Missing product in my order?

• You will receive a bill copy with products marked and verified in your box, But if still any issues please send us an email contact@shopkart.ca with your order number and we will try our best to resolve the issue.

If i want to cancel my order?

• If you have not received the order confirmation email, your order can be cancelled at no charge. Once you have received the confirmation email, we are not able to cancel the order as it means the order is already processed and ready for delivery.
