Every day we are adding new products to our inventory. Every product we pick for you will be chosen with the best dates possible and will be delivered to you well within the manufacturer’s recommended best before or expiry dates.
If a product from a supplier does not comply with our quality standards we may choose to substitute the product (if applicable for that item) rather than deliver to you.
Our policy lasts for 3 days from the time of purchase. If 3 days have passed since you made your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges. Please note that Shopkart Inc. reserves all rights to decide and judge which cases warrant a legitimate claim and can refuse any claims for any reason.
For orders delivered in Ottawa region, please ensure you are satisfied with the product at the time of delivery. Once our driver has made the delivery and you have accepted the item we can not offer any refund or exchanges.
For orders delivered outside the Ottawa Region (via Canada Post):
If outer carton is intact but inner product/packaging is damaged, we will refund you the money equivalent to the price paid of the damaged item. Please email pictures of the intact outer carton and damaged product with your order number to email@example.com
If you received the Order & not happy with the product, You can send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org (Within a day from the time of shipment received). To get the refund, make sure the product is not used and have to be in the original packing. After review, our team will send you the return shipping address (Customer will pay the return Shipping cost). After we receive the product, Our team will review the product & if it follows the guidelines, we will process the refund in 5 business days.
If both the outer carton and inner product/packaging is damaged, we will file for an insurance claim with Post Canada. All orders are insured up to $100. You will receive the full insurance amount as decided by the court. Please email pictures of the damaged outer carton, damaged product/packaging with your order number to email@example.com
Missing product in my order?
You will receive a bill copy with products marked and verified in your box, But if still any issues please send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will try our best to resolve the issue.
If i want to cancel my order?
- If you have not received the order confirmation email, your order can be cancelled at no charge. Once you have received the confirmation email, we are not able to cancel the order as it means the order is already processed and ready for delivery.
